Entry into force notes
The Decree shall enter into force as of 1 April 2003.
Abstract

In implementation of article 1 of Council 2002/100/EC, the maximum pesticide residue levels for azoxystrobin in Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 shall be replaced by the maximum pesticide residue levels in the Table contained in article 1 to this Decree.
