Abstract

In implementation of Commission Directive 98/82/EC relating to the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on certain products of plant origin, including fruit and vegetables, Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 is hereby amended. More specifically, the lists of maximum residue levels for certain entries (chlorothalonil, chlorpyriphos, chlorpyriphos-methyl, cypermethrin and others) and the maximum levels specifically fixed for tea are replaced by the lists set out in Tabl
