The Decree shall enter into force as from 1 April 2001.
Abstract

This Decree, in accordance with the provisions of Council Directive 2000/57/EC, amends Annex II to Ministerial Decrees Nos. 300481/84 and 352654/95 as regards the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on certain products of plant origin. More specifically, with article 1 to this Decree, in Annex II of Ministerial Decree No. 300481/84 the entry of "3" for folpet in wine grapes is replaced by "10". Article 2 to this Decree amends Annex II of Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 by modifying a set of maximum levels for pesticide residues related to certain vegetables. Also, with the same article, a new entry is made for the pesticide residue diphenylamine with the respective maximum residue limits.
