Entry into force notes
The provisions of this Decree shall enter into force as of 1 August 2003.
Abstract

With the present Decree, in Annex II to Ministerial Joint Decree No. 352654/95 the entries relating to hexaconazole, clofentezine, myclobutanyl and prochloraz shall be replaced as shown in article 1 to this Decree. Also, with article 2, the MRLs for hexaconazole and prochloraz listed in Annex II, Part A of Ministerial Decree No. 290341/88 shall be replaced with those shown in the Table attached herewith.
