The Decree shall enter into force as of 1 January 2002.
Abstract

According to article 1 to the present Decree, maximum levels of azimsulfuron and prohexadione residues shall be added to Part A, Annex II of Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88. In Part B of Annex V to Presidential Decree No. 497/89 new pesticide residue limits are added according to the Table contained in article 2 to this Decree. The contents of the Table of article 3 to this Decree shall be added to Annex II to Decree No. 352654/95.
