Abstract

With the present Decree, paragraph 8 (regarding fruit beverages) of article 147 of the Food Code is replaced as follows: "in case of beverages made by various fruit compound (listed extensively in paragraph 8c, article 145 of the Food Code) the label on the package must state all ingredients, specifying the concentration listed in a decreasing order. If the percentage of such fruit compounds does not exceed one the other, then on the label it may be stated their percentage without specific order; in this case the phrase "fruits in mixed compound" shall be sufficient. The total percentage of fruit compounds must be at least 20%.".
