Entry into force notes
The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

Aim of this Decree is the transposition into the national legislation and application of the provisions of Commission Directive 1999/51/EC relating to restrictions on the marketing and use of certain dangerous substances and preparations, namely tin, PCP and cadmium. Directive 1999/51/EC amends Annex I to Council Directive 76/769/EEC which has been implemented and incorporated into the Greek legislative frame with Presidential Order No. 445. Under this light, Annex I to Presidential Order No. 445/83 is hereby adapted to technical progress as set out in the Annex hereto, in compliance with this Directive.
