The Decree shall enter into force as from 30 June 2003.
Abstract

Aim of this Decree is the transposition into the national legislation and implementation of the provisions of Commission Directive 2001/90/EC relating to restrictions on the marketing and use of certain dangerous substances and preparations, more specifically, creosote. The afore-mentioned Directive provides for amending Council Directive 76/769/EEC, which has been implemented and incorporated into the Greek legislative frame with Presidential Order No. 445/83. Under this light, Annex I to Presidential Order No. 445 is adapted to technical progress and shall be amended as set out in the Annex attached hereto.
