Entry into force notes
The Decree shall enter into force as from 1 April 2005. However, products which are not in conformity with the prescriptions of the present Decree and which were labelled or put in the market before 1 April 2005 shall be authorized until selling out.
Abstract

In compliance with Commission Directive 2004/45/EC amending Directive 96/77/EC laying down specific purity criteria on food additives other than colours and sweeteners, the Annex to article 36 of the Food Code is amended. The text of the updated parts of the Annex regards the technical characteristics of "E407 Carragenine" end "E407a alga Eucheuma" additives and is attached to this Decree.
