Abstract Aim of this Decree is the transposition into the national legislation and implementation of the provisions of Commission Directives 2000/21/EC, 2000/32/EC and 2000/33/EC relating to the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous substances. These Directives provide for extensive amendments to Council Directive 67/548/EEC, which has been implemented and incorporated into the Greek legislative frame with Ministerial Joint Decree No. 378/94. Under this light, article 1 and the fifth indent of article 13(1) to Decree No. 378/94 is hereby amended, according to the provisions of Commission Directive 2000/21/EC. Also, in compliance with Commission Directives 2000/32/EC and 2000/33/EC, Annexes I, V and IV to Decree No. 378/94 are hereby adapted to technical progress as set out in articles 2 and 3 hereto.
