The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

Aim of this Decree is the transposition into the national legislation and implementation of the provisions of Commission Directives 2000/21/EC, 2000/32/EC and 2000/33/EC relating to the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous substances. These Directives provide for extensive amendments to Council Directive 67/548/EEC, which has been implemented and incorporated into the Greek legislative frame with Ministerial Joint Decree No. 378/94. Under this light, article 1 and the fifth indent of article 13(1) to Decree No. 378/94 is hereby amended, according to the provisions of Commission Directive 2000/21/EC. Also, in compliance with Commission Directives 2000/32/EC and 2000/33/EC, Annexes I, V and IV to Decree No. 378/94 are hereby adapted to technical progress as set out in articles 2 and 3 hereto.
