The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The Decree amends the provisions of Ministerial Decree No. 290341/88, as amended with M.D. No. 290385/88, in the following way: in Annex I to Decree No. 290341/88, a Table listing down a number of cereals is added; in Part A and in Part B of Annex II to the same Decree, a new set of maximum levels for pesticide residues is added respectively.
