Entry into force notes
The Decree shall enter into force as from 1 July 1988 in the case of captafol, captane and folpet; as from 1 January 1989 in the case of the other pesticides.
Abstract

The Decree amends Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 300481/84 and integrates Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 290341/88 relating to the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on fruit and vegetables and cereals respectively, in accordance with Council Directive 88/298/EEC. Article 2 to this Decree contains the amendments (Annexes I and II) to M.D. No. 300481/84. Article 3 integrates M.D. No. 290341/88 regarding the pesticide residue captafol.
