Abstract

This Decree concerns additives in foodstuffs. It prescribes extensively which types of food additives are to be used and in what percentage. In particular paragraphs 6, 7 and 13 of article 41 (Mayonnaise), paragraph 9, section (e) of art. 56 (Chocolate), paragraph 16, section (b) of art. 80, paragraph 4, section (a) of art. 84 (Rice pudding-puddings-deserts), paragraph 2 of art. 93 (fresh and frozen fish), paragraph 5 of art. 96 (Smoke-dried fish), paragraph 18, art. 98 (Preservable fish-roe), are amended.
