Entry into force notes
The provisions of this Decree shall enter into force as from 22 July 2005.
Abstract

This decree aims at fixing new MRLs in and on foodstuffs of certain pesticides, in compliance with Commission Directive 2004/115/EC. The maximum pesticide residue levels for methomyl, thiodicarb, myclobutanil, maneb group, fenpropimorph, metalaxyl, metalaxyl-m, penconazole, iprovalicarb, azoxystrobin and fenhexamid in Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 shall be replaced by those in the Table contained in article 1 to this Decree. Such MRLs shall apply to fruits (fresh, dried or uncooked, preserved by freezing, not containing added sugar), nuts, vegetables (fresh or uncooked, frozen or dry), pulses, oilseeds and potatoes.
