The provisions of this Decree shall apply as from 21 January 2007.
Abstract

The Decree provides for the amendments of the Greek legislative framework regarding MRLs so as to implement Commission Directive 2006/61/EC in relation with maximum residue levels for specified pesticides. In particular, the Annexes to Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88, Presidential Decree No. 497/89 and Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95, prescribing the specific MRL standards, are hereby amended.
