The provisions of this Decree shall enter into force as from 19 September 2006.

Abstract

The present Decree amends, as shown in article 2 to this Decree, the Table contained in Annex I to Presidential Order 115/97, as regards the specification of the active substance propoxycarbazone, in compliance with Commission Directive 2006/45/EC.
