The provisions of this Decree shall enter into force as from 1 February2007.

Abstract

The present Decree amends Annex I to Presidential Order 115/97, as laid down in the Table attached to article 3 to this Decree, so as to include oxamyl as active substance contained in plant protection products, in compliance with Commission Directive 2006/16/CE.
