The provisions of this Decree shall enter into force as from 2 September 2007.

Abstract

The present Decree amends the Table in Annex I to Presidential Order 115/97, as laid down in the Table attached to article 2 to this Decree, so as to include fosthiazate as active substance contained in plant protection products, in compliance with the provisions of Commission Directive 2007/31/EC.
