The provisions of this Decree shall apply as from 28 August 2007.
Abstract

Maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on certain products intended for human consumption are kept under constant review and changed by the European Community legislation in order to take account of new information and data. The Decree, with the view to give effect to Commission Directive 2007/12/EC, provides for the following amendment of Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 as regards MRLs: in Annex II the entries for penconazole, benomyl and carbendazim are replaced as set out in the Table contained in article 1 to this Decree.
