Entry into force notes
The provisions of this Decree shall enter into force as from 22 July 2006.
Abstract

The Decree gives effect, with respect to fixing of maximum residue levels for pesticides in and on certain products of plant origin, to Commission Directive 2006/9/EC and provides for the following amendments of the current Greek legislation regarding MRLs: Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 is amended as follows: a) in Annex I, group ‘4. Oilseeds’, the entry ‘Hemp seed’ is inserted between the entries ‘Cotton seed’ and ‘Others’; b) the maximum residue levels for diquat, as shown in the Table attached to article 2 to this Decree, shall replace those in Annex II.
