Entry into force notes
The provisions of article 1 to this Decree shall apply as from 21 January 2007; the provisions of article 2 to this Decree shall apply as from 16 August 2007.
Abstract

The Decree provides for the following amendments of the Greek legislative framework regarding MRLs, in compliance with Commission Directive 2007/7/EC: 1) Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88 is amended as follows: in Part A of Annex II, the line for atrazine, as set out in article 1 to this Decree, is replaced; 2) Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 is amended as follows: in Annex II, the lines for λ−cyhalothrin, phenmedipham, methomyl, linuron, penconazole, pymetrozine, bifenthrin and abamectin, as set out in the Table contained in article 2 to this Decree, are replaced. In particular, as regards those MRLs indicated with the letter (P), it means that the maximum residue level has been established provisionally: unless amended, this level will become definitive with effect from 7 March 2011.
