The Decree shall enter into force as of 4 June 2005.
Abstract

With the present Decree, maximum residue levels for certain plant protection products (2,4-DB, linuron, pendimethalin, imazamox, oxasulfuron, ethoxysulfuron, foramsulfuron, oxadiargyl και cyazofamid) shall be added to those listed in Annex II, Part A of Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88 as shown in the Table contained in article 1 to this Decree. With article 2, in Annex V, Part B of Presidential Decree No. 497/89, maximum residue levels for 2,4-DB and oxasulfuron are added, while in Part A of the same Annex, maximum residue levels for pendimethalin are added as well, as shown in the Table attached thereto. With article 3, maximum residue levels regarding the afore-mentioned pesticides are added to Annex II of Decree No. 352654/95.
