Entry into force notes
The provisions of this Decree shall apply as from 9 December 2006 except for the provisions regarding pyraclostrobine where they shall apply as from 21 April 2007.
Abstract

With this Decree, Annex I to Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 is supplemented by inserting provisions on vegetables, leaf vegetables and herbs, along with the applicable maximum residue limits for the active substances fenbutatin−oxide, fenhexamid, cyazofamid, linuron, triadimephon/triadimenol, pymetrozine and pyraclostrobin.
