The provisions of this Decree shall enter into force as from 10 May 2006.
Abstract

This Decree specifies maximum levels of pesticide residues that crops and foodstuffs may contain, in accordance with the provisions of Commission Directive 2005/76/EC. In particular, this Decree provides for the following amendments of the current Greek legislation regarding MRLs of kresoxim−methyl, cyromazine, bifenthrin, metalaxyl and azoxystrobin: a) in Part A of Annex II to Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88 the maximum pesticide residue levels for metalaxyl are added as shown in article 1 to the present Decree; b) in Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95, the maximum pesticide residue levels for kresoxim−methyl, cyromazine, bifenthrin, metalaxyl and azoxystrobinin shall be replaced by those established in article 2 to the present Decree.
