The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The present Decree amends Annex I to Presidential Order 115/97, as laid down in the Annex to this Decree, so as to include coniothyrium minitans as active substance contained in plant protection products, in compliance with the provisions of Commission Directive 2003/79/EC (article 1). Where necessary, the competent authority of the Ministry of Development and Food (Directorate for the Protection of Plant Production – Division of Plant Protection Products) shall amend or withdraw existing authorisations for plant protection products containing 1-methylcyclopropene as active substance by 30 June 2004 (article 2).
