The Decree shall enter into force on as from 1 November 2011.
Abstract

The Decree amends Annex I to Presidential Order 115/97, as laid down in the Annex to this Decree, so as to include pyridaben as an active substance contained in agricultural chemical products, in compliance with Commission Directive Commission Directive 2010/90/EU. The Directorate of plant production protection (Department of plant protection products) under the Ministry of Agricultural Development and Foodstuffs shall, where deemed necessary, amend or withdraw existing authorisations for plant protection products containing pyridaben as an active substance by 1 November 2011.
