This Law enters into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The aim of the present Decision is to harmonise the national legislation with the Council Directive 80/777/EEC of 15 July 1980 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the exploitation and marketing of natural mineral waters. It also refers to Presidential Order No. 433/83, making adjustments relative to Directive 80/777. In the specific, the sampling procedures and the methods of analysis necessary for checking the chemical characteristics of mineral waters shall be determined in accordance with the procedure prescribed in the Directive.
