Abstract With the purpose of implementing Council Directive No. 2009/106/EC which amends 2001/112/EC relating to fruit juices and certain similar products intended for human consumption, article 126 of the Greek Codex Alimentarius is amended. In the specific, it replaces the definition of fruit juice from concentrate laid down under Annex I, Part I, paragraph 1, point (b) and adds up Annex V, which sets out minimum degree Brix values for reconstituted fruit juice.
