The marine area shall be comprised within the line joining the points referred to in article 2. Furthermore, it shall consist of three different zones: (1) Zone A (Total Reserve); (2) Zone B (General Reserve); (3) Zone C (Partial Reserve). Article 4 specifies the activities which are prohibited or allowed in the above-mentioned areas.
