Abstract The Ministerial Decree regulates at the national level the compulsory fight against citrus "Phoma tracheiphila". The regional phytosanitary services shall carry out periodically and regularly inspections throughout their respective territories of competence in order to prevent the infection of citrus trees and the spread of the pest (art. 2).
