Abstract

With the present Decree and in compliance with Commission Directive 2002/36/EC, Annexes I, II, IV and V to Presidential Order No. 365/2002 are amended according to Annex I to this Decree. Also, Annex XI is replaced by Annex II to this Decree. The amendments regard protective measures against the introduction into the national territory of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the country.
