Ministerial Decree No. 96 on increase of sericulture production.

The purpose of this Ministerial Decree is to increase fodder supplies to sericulture with a view of increasing sericulture production and, in particular, output of cocoons of mulberry silkworm. It establishes that agricultural land of sericulture farms that make part of the association “Uzbek ipagy” shall be used mostly for the production of seeds and planting material of mulberry trees in order to use it as feedstuffs for sericulture. In order to prevent introduction of infected and poor qualit
