Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes that distribution of quotas by species in relation to aquatic biological resources for which total allowable catch has been set shall be applicable to natural and legal persons who have been allocated aquatic biological resources subject to fisheries. The aforesaid distribution shall be carried out within validated total allowable catch and quotas set for the Russian Federation in the fishing areas governed by the international agreements signed by the Russian Federation. Federal Fisheries Agency shall annually distribute quotas in accordance with programs and plans submitted by the applicants.
