Data of the state land cadastre shall be used for land use planning and land protection, land transactions and land valuation. A registration unit shall be a separated plot of land closed up by boundaries and allotted to a subject of land property relations. Data on the plots of land shall be correlated with land maps containing cadastre numbering, situation, boundaries and textual description. The Committee on Land Resources and its territorial branches shall keep the state land cadastre. Access to the information of the state land cadastre, not containing state secrets and any other use restrictions, shall be granted to any legal or physical person.
