Abstract

The Government decrees to establish that catch (harvest) of the Baikal fish species omul, the Baikal seals and other endemic aquatic animals and collection of endemic aquatic plants in the Baikal lake except for species recorded in the Red Book, must be carried out within the limits of the total allowable catch (harvest) of the aforesaid species established on the annual basis in accordance with the modalities established by law.
