Its provisions shall be enacted in such a way so as the sale of products complying with this Decree will be authorized. After six months from the day of official publication, the sale of products which fail to comply with this Decree shall be prohibited. However, the sale of foodstuffs which fail to comply with this Decree and which have been put in the market prior to this date shall be authorised until stocks run out. Abstract This Decree brings forth amendments to article 131 “products containing sweeteners”, article 132 “marmalades and related products”, article 133 “fruit compotes” and article 134 “confitures” as regards the sweeteners they may contain.
