The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of the Russian Federation is entitled to draw up the list of rare and protected wildlife species which furs and fur clothes made of their skins are prohibited for commerce in accordance with the Legislation of the Russian Federation. It is also entitled to distribute the list to all local authorities and departments concerned.
