Abstract

The present Decree harmonises the Greek legislative frame with the provisions of Commission Directive 97/69/EC adapting relating to the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous substances. The articles and Annex to Directive 67/548/EEC adapt to technical progress, for the 23rd time, Annexes I and VI of Council Directive 67/548/EEC which has been incorporated into the Greek legislation with Ministerial Decree No. 378/94.
