This Decree enters into force on 6 January 1999.

Abstract

This Decree sets out the principles governing the organization of official inspections in the field of animal nutrition. Inspections are taken at regular intervals on imports from third countries and within the Community and shall cover all stages of production and manufacture, the intermediate stages before marketing, including importation, and the use of products.
