The Decree enters into force on 12 March 2004.
Abstract

In implementation of Directive 1999/13/EC as well as article 3, paragraph 2 of Presidential Decree No. 203 of 1988, the present Decree makes rules governing the limit values and the analysis and assessment methods applicable to emissions produced by installations.
