Entry into force notes

The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Abstract

Aim of this Decree is the conservation of biodiversity through a series of measures and procedures required to maintain or restore the natural habitats and the populations of species of wild fauna and flora at a favourable status. The provisions of the Decree are laid down in conformity with Council Directives 92/43/EEC and 97/62/EC.
