The present Ministerial Decree enters into force on the thirtieth day following its publication on the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica Italiana (it has been published on 27 July 2001).

Abstract

This Ministerial Decree makes provision in matter of veterinary drugs marketing, related authorization and preservation conditions, in compliance with articles 31 and 32 of Legislative Decree No. 119 of 27 January 1992. Article 2 lays down detailed rules concerning the requirements to be met by wholesalers for obtaining the authorization to place veterinary drugs on the market.
