The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

With this Decree are laid down the necessary complementary measures to be taken for the implementation of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 466/2001 setting maximum levels for certain contaminants in foodstuffs. The Decree sets forth the provisions for the establishment of methods of sampling and analysis for the control of ochratoxin A contained in grapes. The provisions of the Decree shall apply to grapes either produced within the national territory or to those imported from third countries. Imports of grapes not complying with the standards laid down by Regulation (EC) No. 466/2001 shall be prohibited.
