Abstract

Article 1 of this Decree contains the list of the ingredients that may be used for the production of special fresh and dry pasta, such as malt, vegetables and derivatives, mushrooms, truffles, natural flavour, spices, gluten. Article 2, on the other hand, lists out the ingredients allowed for the processing of pasta stuffing (such as meat, milk, fish products, oils, food flour).
