The provisions of this Decree are governed by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The duties and responsibilities of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and the Amelioration and Water Management Committee are (i) conducting scientific principles, guidelines and instructions on the implementation of State Water Cadastre to provide detailed information on water bodies, water resources, water regime, water quality, water use and consumers, (ii) systematization, analysis and storage of information on water facilities, water resources, water regime, water quality, water use and consumers, (iii) establishing information system for State Water Cadastre, (iv) publishing information on State Water Cadastre, (v) providing information to the state enterprises and organizations, and (vi) evaluating quality and quantity of surface and groundwater.
