The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Decree, in compliance with Commission Directive 2006/129/EC as regards specific purity criteria on food additives other than colours and sweeteners, amends the Annex to article 36 of the Food Code. The texts concerning E 216 propyl p-hydroxybenzoate and E 217 sodium propyl p-hydroxybenzoate are deleted. The text concerning E 307 alpha-tocopherol is replaced. The text of the updated Annex is laid down in this Decree.
