The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The Annex to article 35 is divided into two parts. Part A sets forth the general specification for aluminium lakes of colours. Part B, which is hereby replaced, provides for specific criteria of purity of colours for use in foodstuffs. The measures provided for in this Decree are in accordance with Commission Directive 2008/128/EC. All previously issued provisions related to purity criteria concerning colours for use in foodstuffs shall be abrogated.
