Substances and products listed under Annex I are allowed in animal food only if provisions laid under the Annex are respected. The National veterinary Service in order to verify whether the conditions laid down in this Decree are satisfied shall officially control feedingstuffs and feed materials. Random sampling is also possible. Feed materials are merchantable only if the maximum residue levels fixed under Annex II are respected. This Decree is also referred to feedstuffs exported to third countries.
