This Decree enters into force upon signature.

Abstract

This Decree states that water users may be enterprises, state agencies, organizations, other legal persons, inhabitants and noncitizens. Irrigation systems, water supply systems for pastures and other water facilities shall be used according to water use plans. The water use planning should include information about quantity of irrigated land, structure of cultivated areas, irrigation methods, time of crop irrigation, acreage of irrigation channels, water resources and the efficiency of the syst
