The list of activities subject to licensing includes: (a) transporation of hazardous substances; (b) nuclear energy and radiation sources; (c) firearms for civic uses; (d) land survey and mapping; (e) pesticides, primary processing of cotton, grain storage; (f) timber extraction and logging; (g) environmental audit; and (h) water abstraction.
